I’m doing this series! Two months in and I’m only on day 9 needed to recover for a few days after each one and I do running as well I never realised how weak my body was before but I’m getting stronger and my running is getting better too

I’ve been on my weight loss journey with on and off different low impact workouts for 3 months, but this plan gave me the structure, balance between challenge, muscle growth and accessibility of exercises. In short, I’ve really felt I finally moved from "beginner" to "pre-intermediate" with these. I will certainly repeat this plan in the future to compare my progress <3
She made a playlist of back to basics just search up growinganas back to basic and there should be a playlist if u can’t find it look in her playlists on her channel!!

Can your videos be used for a teenager. Or can you please make a video regarding work-out for teenagers. I dont know where to start. Its all so confusing. I tried searching but in vain it went.

Well that was… wayy easier than I thought it would be. Don’t get me wrong, it hurt. And my form was mostly correct. But I didn’t struggle or want to give up like I thought I would. Guess I’m not that "out if shape" after all, huh?
Day 1+2 meaning do them in both days or do it once and it counts as those two days??

I want to stay healthy and fit.

Requirements:
5 minute workout – to do in small breaks.
10min 20min 30 min long fat burning workout (intense and low impact &both combined)
Mood booting workout – dancing and standing mode …full chill
Stretches for hunch back, round shoulders and all.
Walking workout
Also, can you specify how much we burn during those workout…

today I had 2nd day ABS + CORE and then I did 12 min HIIT 
I have reduced 9 kg in 20 dayd with Anna’s exercise and with diet
I have a question I’ve done this 14 day workout before this is now my second time though after 4 months after this where do it go and what do I do
