  1. Today, i started day 1. It was harder than i thought and i couldn’t do all of the workouts. I suppose day 1 will continue for 3 days to be ok 😂 and why i feel so tired after workout?💔

  3. I’m doing this series! Two months in and I’m only on day 9 😂 needed to recover for a few days after each one 😅 and I do running as well 😊 I never realised how weak my body was before 🤦🏼‍♀️ but I’m getting stronger 💪 and my running is getting better too 🏃🏼‍♀️💨

  6. This workout plan WORKS!
    I’ve been on my weight loss journey with on and off different low impact workouts for 3 months, but this plan gave me the structure, balance between challenge, muscle growth and accessibility of exercises. In short, I’ve really felt I finally moved from "beginner" to "pre-intermediate" with these. I will certainly repeat this plan in the future to compare my progress <3

  9. Who’s doing this now in the end of 2024? Is it hard to do it 14 days straight? I mean can we take breaks between days or it must be consistent?

  12. Can your videos be used for a teenager. Or can you please make a video regarding work-out for teenagers. I dont know where to start. Its all so confusing. I tried searching but in vain it went. 😅

  14. Well that was… wayy easier than I thought it would be. Don’t get me wrong, it hurt. And my form was mostly correct. But I didn’t struggle or want to give up like I thought I would. Guess I’m not that "out if shape" after all, huh?

    Ma’am, I study for so many hours. And I tend to eat often, peanuts and all the other meals…

    I want to stay healthy and fit.

    Can you do some workout for that?

    Requirements:
    5 minute workout – to do in small breaks.
    10min 20min 30 min long fat burning workout (intense and low impact &both combined)

    Mood booting workout – dancing and standing mode …full chill

    Stretches for hunch back, round shoulders and all.

    Walking workout

    Also, can you specify how much we burn during those workout…
